Blackbriar 8,569
I (obviously wrongly) believed that in America, sex with someone under-age is 'statutory rape' - they are to young to give consent, therefore they were raped. My question to the judge would be this -"What the f**k is '4th degree rape',exactly ?" What mitigation could he possibly have offered to lessen the seriousness of his offence ? Did the 3 year-old lead him on ? Was she dressed provocatively ? Has she been drinking and sent him 'mixed messages' ? For sanity's sake .............. What kind of justice do they think they have over there ??

Don't suppose it's possible for the two to have the same purpose ? Nope. Another slightly off topic, but fundamental flaw in any legal system, is how do you play 'fair' and treat everyone the same, whilst judging every case on it's individual merits. It's sad but true, that we live in a world, where a man guilty of heinous crimes can walk away with the right legal team, and yet men who are innocent do get convicted. stabba 10,745
Yup..sentence already decided over a power lunch and a nice little monetary incentive for the judge. Corrupt set of immoral spineless bstards
