bigmac 97kt 13,807
WELL CHAPS I WAS SITTING IN THE HOUSE BORED AND FED UP so i gave vislauk and Daz39 a tx ,going to the farm if your going and they said they could not make it so i put the gear in the car and set off. Got to the farm for 4,35 and as i was driving down the drive i spotted the first crow so a quick stop grabbed the rifle loaded her up and let go a jsb hitting it spot on it fell into thick brambles but i did manege to get it well chuffed i then parked the car up and set off into the woods picked a tree and settled in the second was not long a coming and landed about 27 yards away another jsb was sent on its way and it fell into a little clearing. I stayed where i was for about 15 mins as the crows were going daft but then another one landed and he was sent to meet his friend but fell into the thickest undergrowth i could see it but could not get it the next did the same.By now the crows were going mental so i went for a walk into the fields nothing in the first field so i climbed over the gate and there was another crow sitting right at the very top of a tree about 45 yards away. So i took a kneeling shot and it fell did not even open its wings but it did not hit the ground but got stuck in the tree,s branches. So off i went across the next field saw about 5 kits over next to the little woods over the other side of the field but i let them be get you all when you,v grown up i thought to my self. Then my phone go,s and its vislauk(Sean) to say he was coming after all so that he could set his new scopes up. I was standing talking to the police woman's husband (yes we have a police woman that lives on the farm)when Sean arrived so off i went to meet him Sean set the scopes up and we had five crack and off we went Sean one way and me another. As i walked along some thing moved in the bush and as i stood looking it ran throw the middle of the bush away from me and into the other field so i walked along the bush line to where i could get into the other field with out making to much noise. The light was fading fast by now so i flicked the lamp on but there was nothing there. But as i spun round the lamp lit it up at about 30 yards away so i went prone and sent it, its supper in the form of a jsb 15,89 and over it went Sean came over and said it was a nice one. We then set off again but there was not much about and the ground mist was coming in fast so we called it a night and headed for home so i had a good night well happy well happy indeed atvbmac 2 Quote Link to post
