I have read them but how many posts you have is no reflection on wether your a peddler or not a genuine hunter might have a genuine reason to sell his dog look on the Internet and find THL join donate and post his advert for a good worker that he is looking for a good home for and he gets slated on the other hand someone might be a member for a few years post a load of shit trade dogs every season and because he has a few posts it's ok doesn't make sense to me

anyone who comes to light that is selling what is deemed to be an unacceptable number of dogs or pups is banned, as for someone joining just to sell a dog, whilst its not against forum rules, it does go against what the forum is here for, as i have said numerous times, for me the selling of dogs on here is more hassle than its worth and does nothing good for the site, theres plenty of other places to advertise and look for dogs,

or join to sell shite then fook off newbers that join up first post dog for sale surely some of you lads must think the same ---thats my only issue otherwise i`ll stick up for most lads selling dogs .... i`m after a lurcher and i`ve been offered 3 off long standing members on here for free...

Think alot of the trouble is how they word their advert. Give as much honest info on the advert to start with then it'll imo stop the genuine questions that don't need to be asked being asked. This is when the trouble tends to start. Why you gettin rid...what's the dog done workwise...is it quiet in kennel...does it have good recall...is it stockbroken.....these questions have a habit of spiralling out of control as these questions are being asked. To answer the question before its asked would at least be a start. jmo though..atb stabba

Stabba has a point, if there was a pre-set template for selling a dog, it would make things a lot easier.

Something like.

Sex, F

Age, 5

Height, 23"

Experience etc.

However, the truthfulness or lack of it of the seller could possibly render that obsolete, or it could make those that are a little economical with the truth a little more wary of telling little porkies, if it is down in black and white.

With dogs its always been the same old chestnut that things going its a bag of crap thay had the dog 2 minits probably got the dog that day out with it that night and dog don't perform its dogs fault no its not its the dickhead with the dog there out with lads with dogs that are out 5 times a week and think it should be like them give a dog a chance would you do a good job for some one ow is like everyone else and have you then off you go back on roundabout again dogs soon lose fath in people and can you blame them dogs give so much and ask for f**k all back apart from a bowl of snap and a bed and hod pat and told well done now and then
