sussex 5,777 Posted March 22, 2014 Report Share Posted March 22, 2014 Stocking levels will be less , they need a proper fence !! nothing worse than seeing your money jump the fence & trott off to be shot by your neighbours , they are a lot more expensive to buy in than lamb etc etc ..The fact that their are only a few deer farms tells me their aint much money to be made in it ..!! Poacherspocket 189 Posted March 24, 2014 Report Share Posted March 24, 2014 A few years back I used to do a bit of dry stone walling for a mate because he used to get called to the local deer farm on a regular basis due to animal activists and the rest of the tree huggers were ramming the walls down and cutting fences so the deer could escape.
