Ideation 8,216
Will do. Growers cost about 20-40 quid. Weaners 5-20 Saw a real nice Tamworth Boar sell today, bought 11 months ago for over 500, went for 130 today.
beast 1,884
we used to run a few GOS pigs, very good pork especially if you grow them on slowly, at a rate their old-fashioned bodies can cope with, and not try to force them. bred a couple of sows to a tamworth boar, the pigs were equally good eating and grew on a little faster as i recall with no extra feeding to the pures
trenchfoot 4,243
I popped out today for a service kit for the tractor. Came home with a livestock trailer. We have pigs, sheep , chickens, ducks and geese. But some daft sod has offered me some wallaby sand I can't help but get the notion out of my head. I need help!

Ideation 8,216
Well . . . . it's lasted since yesterday Seriously, the outside is strong enough and as long as they have got plenty of rooting to do inside the pen they are pretty calm. It's when the forage runs out in the pen they can get a bit of a pain!
