Program's showing aggressive dogs tends to make those wanting to stroke their ego go out and buy that breed. Think the dda is sort of like the current drug laws and going to have to change one day but in the mean time it raises funds and probably pushes a few up their career ladder. Question is can you stop idiots owning dogs? Think it's abit like racism like it or not it'll always be here and you'll always have muppets. IMO the root cause of the problem would be breeders. 100% of the "pitbull types" on the free ad websites shouldn't be bred IMO. A dog earns its right to be bred in the hope of bettering the next generation.
