Have you seen some of the mongs that are the owners of the dogs ? Banned dogs or not they are living in environments were they shouldn't be,they should be kept in locked runs not running about houses and gardens with kids.Most of these dogs that have done the attacks are already known to be a danger in the community but still are not dealt with.
