Hopley89 31
Did you ask the same people then !? As there isn't much farms around the midlands But I work all over the county and and I always take flyer with me . That's what I'm going to do 3 days a week Quote Link to post
The one 8,463
Nobody;s making anymore ground its only going to get harder and harder to gain permission Quote Link to post
Hopley89 31
That's very true the one but attitude and personality makes a bit difference and hopefully Iv got that on my side as I'm always willing to help and I can have a good bit of banter Quote Link to post
TheRealChuckNorris 42
The helping piece could be a point of difference for you. Any help around the farm (with non shooting activities) can often find you bumped towards the top of a list where shooting is concerned. A good deed for a good deed so to speak. Keep at it and offer a helping hand with any other jobs around the farm. After all, it's not as if you're missing out on shooting time if you do end up helping out haha. Good luck and keep at it 1 Quote Link to post
Tornado1979 145
I asked a few several times...only people next door to other permissions in passing though, one finally give in recently but I'd built relationship up over the months and he'd seen me loading car up with bunnies I've got a couple of farms I do work for, but my main permission is a large manor with woodlands and fields surrounding gardens, my other is a quarry, don't just target farms mate plenty of other land out there. Good Luck 1 Quote Link to post
