RubyTex 1,957
Finished the job nicely last night. Mind if they could have put their chances away it may have been a different story!!!
baw 4,360
I thought united did great. Rooney showed all his worth. What's the story on Persie? Is it just a dead leg? You'll need him fit for any chance of progressing. Well done Man U and Moyes, you done good.
bracken boy 584
No sure on rvp who i thought honestly was poor but got three goals to his name, hope its not a bad knee injury but moyes said prob not, they know more today... A better team would have scored for sure but just happy for the win and two more games in the champs league.
baw 4,360
Bracken, I was playing a guy at darts. I've never seen any c**t this good. His party trick was throwing the dart backwards and hitting the treble 20. He threw 3 darts at the bull, 1 landed bang on in the middle, 1 hit the 25 and the other stuck into the flight of the one in the bull. Needless to say I got gubbed Errr well done Man U
clipo 871
cant believe how the fans and players were acting as if they had won the cup........ f**k me united scrapped a win (with a dodgy penalty) against the worst team left in the last 16 and had to rely on a good game from a 40 yr old.......... Astanley 11,580
Credit where its due , to come back from 2.0 ,is an achievement at that level , they did well .
Malt 379
I'd say credit to the team but Moyes nearly blew it again IMO.. He waited far too long to make a change, he should have made a positive substitution when we were in the ascendancy after the third goal went in and gone for another goal to put clear water between the teams. As soon as we were up he was out shouting the players to play a tighter game and if the Greeks were any good we'd have gone out, all they needed was one away goal. I know it's been a while since you've seen a champions league match with your team in it but when have any team not celebrated getting into the quarter finals, ya dull kunt? Oooh don't worry Liverpool will be in it next year...toys well and truly out of the pram.
