beast 1,884 Posted March 18, 2014 Report Share Posted March 18, 2014 put some goats on to clear the plants above the ground, sell them on and then pigs to clear whats under the ground, sell them on, you should have enough cash to fence the land. harrow and reseed with rye grass, rest for six months to a year so the sward establishes properly and then you have a nice bit of sheep grazing. couldn't put too many on, but should make a few quid. dont be tempted to overstock, and depending what the ground is like you may be able to manage them in such a way that your outgoings are minimal 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Our overgrown garden as kids had the goat treatment, f**k me can those things eat ... we then had to take them down the back woods and river banks on chains so they could keep eating, definitely a good start for stripping the vegetation back Jai, I like the sound of the kids outdoor centre, I reckon you'd make a few quid out of that mate.
