" Duck al Orange " is probably the best known recipe. Bound to be on Google. Other than that, I believe they suggest baking it well covered with strips of bacon fat and basting well?

 

This may be because, alough it might appear quite fatty, duck does - I found - have a tendency towards rather rapid drying out.

 

 

 

 

 

Oh. Alright. I just slung it in the oven and f*cking cremated the thing till it was half the original size and as dry as a month old, summer road kill cats skin! :icon_redface:

I like tufftys there a diver and taste better cant beat a good cumberland sauce for duck it makes for good eating but well expensive to make.

Much easier to get some plum sauce or hoi sin from the supermarket does the job just fine :victory:
