Why did clubs stop Field trialing when as you say the Judge deemed everything to be within the law ?

I could never understand that one.

Its as if we just gave up at the first sign of pressure ?

. They pled guilty to. Test the courts to see if they could get away with it , onthe day the a police inspector turned up and asked what was going on. We sat with her at the old yorkshire she went to uni with blair and brown , she hinted she. Had a few savory stories about there past , Funny how she was found guilty of hare coursing but the judge deemed no futher action would be taken agaist her and sir mark prescot. !!!!!!!!

at 66yrs old would nt she be a lot older than blair and brown?the judge deemed no further action because in his view it was not hare coursing,the dogs were muzzled a gun, was placed at the end of the field to shoot the hares.Not only CDW and Sir mark Prescott but the Yorkshire Greyhound Field Trialling Club committe were deemed to of been acting within the lawY.I.S Leeview

she went to the same uni not at the same time lol , they were found not guilty even after pleading guilty as the judge said he was unsure but then said if anyone dose it again he would treat them harshly they were not given a criminal record then deemed no futher action would be taken i was there. What i am implying is its not what you know its who

. Blair 60 brown 63. And claris 66. Alldepends when she took her bar exams blair and brown never. Went as far as her in law she told us a few tales that day As my mates dog got ripped off lol. Not like you to miss an anti Max, they were filming covertly and just blended in with the crowd they certainly did nt kick off.Have you ever been to a meet where I was nt there?

When the plans for field trialling were drawn up I suggested meetings were held Sat+Sun to differentiate it from coursing which was illegal on a Sunday and they did nt go for that idea AND started having lure meetings on a Sunday

they were found not guilty by the judge in his words "they had complied with law" 2 dogs flushing to gun(s)I was the only committee member not charged as I had changed my address and was nt tracable I found outabout the case at a members funeral in Easingwold.

Miranda's was my dog.What was the name of your mates dog?

Clarissa's funeral service will be held in Edinburgh on 7th April at 2pm. In St Mary's Metropolitan Cathedral.

 

The Countryside Alliance said they will be out in force that day to say 'thank you' to a wonderful, witty and strident campaigner....(I'm not in any way a fan of the CA but that would make a fitting tribute and what the old girl rightly deserves).

 

It will be followed by a private cremation.
