bird 9,946
was arguing with my father-in law last week about shaving with cold water,? as had no hot water unless boil the kettle , as had no heat in house for while, that another story . He says he always shaves in cold water, and gets good shave , so been doing it or couple times and it does seem ok not bad shave .I suppose as long as you got new blade your ok, but over the years always shaved in hot water, like suppose most lads have. I thought hot water opens the pores of your skin so you get better shave, as to cold water would close them ,? Well anway just wondered what other lads do with the old shaving job, so far the old bugger been right what he said

I don't bother with the foam mate, I used to use the gel then I ran out of it, never bothered since and it makes no difference. I've got about 4 lots of the stuff too from those gift packs you get at Christmas. What I do like though is that dove balm you put on after you've had a shave, might get another one of them.
