Spun Poly V Nylon

Recommended Posts

After nearly 30 years of knitting,,,, I now prefer nylon,,, I love them 10 z,,, in my opinion they beat spun poly hands down,, there just stronger,,,,, and when it's snowing there's nothing better,,,, that poly freezes up.....

I've got all sorts in my net bag,,with most now being 10 z,,,,all the poly is at the bottom, and hardly ever gets used,,,

Nylon for open fields, spun poly for hedge bottoms.

I don't agree with that either,,,unless the nylon is the 4z,,,,

I do agree that poly is easiest to knit with....

All I will say to you guys saying poly is,,, invest in 20 four foot 10z nylon,,, bang them in your bag for the start of next season......... You won't go back

I like the heavier nylon nets.

You can almost throw them over open holes with very little adjustment.

Never had no trouble with them pursing up and holding a rabbit

They don't pick up crap when doing the hard yards either
