I used two rabbits, sat them in salted water overnight, wash the salt water away, boil for two hours next day. Take rabbit meat off the bone (that's how I prefer) Fry an onion with butter, add pepper (optional), add rabbit meat, add plentiful amount of quality mulled wine, let it simmer and reduce, add a beef oxo cube (for colour mostly) and a little flour to thicken towards the end of cooking, Delicious, and even better to take to work and reheat the next day Enjoy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
