Good on ya Frank, for ringing the Gardaí!

Poor dog!

The dead dog will be their till tommorow. No one available till then.

I can understand to a certain extent, dogs humanely getting put down ect, sometimes it has to be done, but to leave them suffering for so long, is beyond me??

What is so puzzling is, how no one even botherd to stop and take the poor dog, or even report it??

The world is getting more and more sellfish!!

Very sad really.

Years ago I was driving a lorry and stopped of at a motel for the night and parked the truck outside. At night some b$$$ tied a dog to the rear bumper of the trailer of my artic and the dog slept under the trailer. After about ten miles a car overtook me and then flagged me down and the driver of the car was very upset to put it mildly I never noticed that it was there and killed it, as I was doing over 80 km/h. I called the coppers there and then and they took what was left of it with them Never heard anything of it though. Since that day, I always have a look around and under the truck before I set of.

Its for reasons like this that i would never sell a dog,if the dog doesn t do the job for me then its certainly not going to do it for anyone else.i would nt advertise pups either as you can t vet people you ve never met before.

This is definetely the work of a very cowardly person who probably expected the dog to do something he would nt do himself.

People think its inhumane to pts the failures ,theres nothing as inhumane as putting a dog on the ads for free merry go round or abandoning it :censored:

I was driving along a dual carrige way yesterday and seen what looked like a dog curled up in some bracken on the edge of the road, next to the crash barrier.

I stoped the car and walked up to the body and could not belive what i saw!!

It was a half decomposed, dead body of a lurcher, more greyhoundy looking then lurcher, but hard to tell. The worse part is, it was tied to the crash barrier, obviousely dumped, buy someone. :(

That poor dog, starved to death, i would think, not to mention of it being wet and cold.

I was stuned :icon_eek: .........................

I cant understand, how anyone could leave a dog, tied up like that on the side of the road and feck off. Why did no one stop, to take the dog ither, is beyond me??????

Sickining.

Thats absolutely discraceful!! Some people are beyond words. :censored:
