Ferrets won't work? Have you tried turning it on and off again?

Dont agree with that ive been ferreting 45 years sometimes I feed before i go out, but sometimes i don't, and it makes no difference work wise, they will kill fed or not, and they come out, I feed usu

Don't know how good your ferrets are but the warrens could be polished with shit everywhere doesn't mean there's rabbits there.

I feed my ferrets overnight and if Im working them the next day I don't put as much in so they idealy run out of food a couple of hours before I go.

Id imagine it would be dangerous for a lurcher to run with much food in its stomach?

He said don't feed them for a couple of days, I totally disagree. I don't alway feed mine before I go. That's like you not having food for a few days then going and having a hard days graft! Your going to be f****d!

i said starve them for a couple of days, the lads ferret wont go down more than a couple of foot and he wants to find out if he can get them to work. his best chance in my opinion is to get them to do it out of hunger for the first couple of times until they switch on. if the ferret goes down and kills at least hes made progress from nothing to something.then at least he then knows they will work. my advice was to do it until he got them working as they were just pets to start with, it wasnt to do it everytime he was to take them out.

no ones talking a days ferreting here mate just trying to get them to work. like i said if hunger dont do it then they aint workers.
