IanS 3
Finally got a perm that is FAC rated so time to take the Ruger 10/22 out hunting but wandered besides the noise difference through a moderator what are the advantages and disadvantages between the two types when hunting rabbit? Bunny Boiler 177
Not alot. Price to start. And trajectory. But if you want to use supersonic, you may as well go .17 because they're even better then hv .22 with the same noise problems. Stick with subs and you'll knock down plenty of bunnies. shropshire dan 467
I've found high velocity rounds to be unstable and inconsistent. As bb said for hv bunnies get a hmr. Subs all day and as quiet as an spring air rifle Quote Link to post
