XBow 2 Posted March 10, 2014 Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 1- full strip down and total degrease 2- deburred the entire thing (using needle files) 3- piston/cylinder polishing 4- buttoned the Piston with delrin Bands 5- converted the piston seal from leather to ptfe and a full re-grease (bisley moly) 6- removed all of the rust, pitting and bluing 7- reblued the metal work (hot) 8- straightened the barrel 9- repaired the stock (this took ages) 10- re-stained the stock (dark oak) 11- had it French polished Quote Link to post
