gorger 977
I love ire its my home and I hunt it every week. There no question tommy and stephen have great land they diff test there dogs. But how many us are truthful and say there dogs tested week after week. I talk loads lads from cork and louth all winter apart from tommy or stephen most lads have good week and bad week 1 week might get 3 runs nxt week might get couple skites them dogs are gettin a rest in between hard week and there nxt hard week that might be 2 weeks. In eng them lads out twice a week there dogs will get 4 very hard runs going home sore tired be out 4 days later again. There's lads from cork on these site and all over ire go to eng they only go for 1 reason that better running. I've hunted all over ire for over 25 years but I still work my socks off go to eng as I thk its better and better test. But some lads can't go or don't wana go fair du them nothing wrong that. Just don't knock something till you try it. 4 Link to post

welcome 447
Banner man your bitch would have no bother on the fens in fact I.M.O she would be a 3 out of 3 bitch or 4 out of 4 if yea done what alot of people do and wait for the wright slip.Yea do give her stick i seen it with my own eyes and she has killed every where she went.I brought men to kildare for years and they never killed a hare even after waiting on the shortest slip they could get.Its easy talking about the fens when yer slipping yer own dog and wait for the wright slip when we had the comps over their it was slippers and thats a different thing when the hare gets over 100yards and in some cases nearer 200yards.Now we were greatful to the lads for the days and they were great days and great crack but men comparing going to the fens for a hunt with what we done is like chalk and cheese. The last comp we held in england their was 4 dogs on 2 out of 2 J.K bella P.K black and tan S.M beaches and ned now look back at all the top comps in england and tell what comp was much better than that. Then tell me yea cant test yer dogs here how did these dogs get ready to go and take on these super hares when all we were running was the shite irish hares 2 Link to post
