Seen this trait in a few dogs not just coursing types can be a pain at times a good friend of mines dog when its on a kill I wouldn't trust another person to go near it (apart from its owner) it crouches over its kills hackles up and a mad look in its eyes. I was never in any rush with him as he's a big lad and I didn't want to chance f*****g up all the hard work I've put into him since a puppy..others told me to take him and try him but he runs for me and my lads and it'll be us who decide when..he got a hatrick at the weekend with my son so he's progressing nicely..we like him ") glad to hear it andy.just shows you put the time in and some half right breeding you got a chance of having something a bit better then average ...i couldnt hold razor back.im afraid ive got greasy palm syndrome.lolol.but he showed me signs of being able to handle it .i think you are doing the right thing to be honest.its early days yet but the way you speak about him things seem to be going pretty dam good.which i am over the moon to hear.i wish you didnt have so many dogs ive got a lining coming up sometime later in the summer which im going to be keeping one back for myself..i would have liked you to have one.lets say this breeding would be a bit more of a challenge .lolol.but i wouldnt be doing it if i didnt think they could run anywhere with the right man behind the dog and brought on properly ...we will see.lolol 1 Quote Link to post

There's a queue out the door lol I bought it out of a pet shop so probably just "puppy farm bred" ..dearest dog ive ever bought .. £450!!! It was my daughters but she left home and left the yapping b*****d with me haha..she enjoys her daily mooches and although rising 8 showing no signs of slowing whatsoever so all being good we will be out and about somewhere tomorrow ") Quote Link to post
