Gazmapp 13
Another question, I would like something different as the misses has her chicks (silkies) so I was wondering what I could have obviously they would have to live together so something that will get on with the woman's birds, plus not too expensive and in staffordshire area, any suggestions anyone
MoChara 1,632
I suppose it varys. Question is what your intentions are. Hobby, shows, eggs meat birds? Sussex are good chickens to have although they are large. Or rhode island red? Just throwing two of my many breeds out there As I say it wouls depend on what you wish to to with them. Gazmapp 13
All I want is something that looks nice but maybe a little different, and eggs from it, I know I am awkward lol and I should of explained myself better in first place
MoChara 1,632
nah your alright. Well the wee seabrights are nice to look at although they are not known to be great layers.Exchequer leghorn maybe.? But its whats available close to you - some birds can be hard to get a hold of. For good eggs id go for sussex, although as i say there are larger birds. But i think they look nice
