baw 4,360
Two b*****ds take the life of an innocent man and get life and 45 years; this b*****d takes the life of an innocent man and gets 4 years, out in 2 !! Where's the concistency or the justice ? Different circumstances, maybe, but callously taking the life of an innocent person should have at least a minimum tariff of 45 years !Hmmm I think it depends on the circumstances. One set out to murder, the other accidentally murdered someone. We've all punched someone, luck of the draw. I ain't defending him, just questioning your logic. Judges in this country are the problem. It's a f*****g joke. I'd have given him 12 years for what he did. He sucker punched a man in an incident that had nothing to do with him, and then casually walked away and left the man to die in the road. You say " we have all punched someone", maybe, but what he did was indefensible, and even 12 years, he'd be out in 6. My logic is it would make anyone think twice before carrying out an unprovoked attack. I misread your post, I thought you meant anyone who murders should get life, sorry, totally agree.
baw 4,360
my boy got a disability and learning problem makes you worry whats ahead for him with the mentality of some of the young pr---ks of today this sentance is to been looked at again so heres hoping he will get more I knew a young lad when I was younger who had learning problems, his oldman was into dogs. We took the lad under our wing, treated him as one of the boys. He didn't get any special treatment, got stick like the rest of us but he was a right cheeky f****r lol which we all liked. No c**t and I mean no c**t would dare touch him. I can mind an outsider in our company gave him a slap for his cheek, that guy didn't know what hit him lol. I wouldn't worry about your son mate, a lot of folk will be watching out for him you don't even know.
dytkos 17,804
4 years is about the average term given for killing someone with a single punch in a confrontation............. rightly or wrongly. However, the victim was one of societies vulnerable, one of the people the rest of us are supposed to show tollerance and understanding through natural human decency. That f*****g animal calously attacked one of societies weaker individuals, for what...... the macho bragging rights of a 'one punch knock out'? Real hard man that........... God I'd love to take a bat to that animals face and then that old hag that spawned it. You would have thought that a so called "educated" judge, would have taken this into consideration when passing sentence ..... how is 4 years, out in 2 a deterrent to any other retard Educated, perhaps......... left wing dreamer, deffinately! Same judge who held a period of silence in court before the Duggan trial Cheers, D.

RubyTex 1,957
What goes through these judges minds when they're passing sentencing like this?! 4 years for fucks sake...surely you'd think hang on a second that's not enough for the severity of the case. Rotten to the core.
