Terrier With Cough

Possibly the start of kennel cough mate, give 5ml of benilyn 3x a day for a week mate

I'd try and rule out an obstruction in the throat before giving a medicine for something he mightn't have.

If its a little splutter it could be lung worm

There all wormed regularly and ive checked throat for obstructions allready dd

Might be start of kennel cough give him a jag of penicillin once a day for coupla days see if that helps

I had kennel cough in my kennels for first time last summer alot of lads had it they advised me to give the dogs penicillin and it worked. It started of like they wer choking on a bone stuck in ther throat

Bronchitis my spaniel had it! Only coughed when you let it out and was fine in its self!! Run around like a nutter and not cough!

Leave well alone mate .if its the cough theres nothing you can do, it just has to take its course like a cough in humans .if its still there in two weeks take to the vet .Self medicating a dog can lead to complications later on if it needs vet attention.Too many piling in drugs they know nothing about .

if and if your sure its kennel cough give it some benylin [ get from chemists] otherwise leave well alone and see what develops as fd says to many f***ing about with drugs they dont understand

if you think its kennel cough which it sounds like you give it penicillin trust me i seen it work myself i tryed benylin at the start it didnt work the penicillin had it away in a couple of days
