I recently brought myself the weihrauch 95 second hand off someone I know, ive stripped it down, changed the piston seal and polished the piston. Ive put a few 100 pellets through it but just cannot get zeroed even at 15 yards, ill have a group of 5 same hole like earlier then there dropping 3mill and grouping down if that makes sense. Any ideas?

did you shoot the gun before you pulled it a part .did it shoot well.?for a quick solution a chronograph would help to check if your gun is shooting consistently if it is shooting consistently .check every thing is tight and fitting correct nothing loose check your scope check the barrel shuts with no movement .If the gun has been assembled ok your problem could be a tight piston seal because it is new .

It was a bit under power running at about 9.8 when I brought it and chronographed it when I got home from buying, I stripped it just to clean up and noticed the seal had a tiny split so that's what made me change the seal. I chronographed it again when it was back together and power is still roughly the same. Ive even put my other scopes on it from my 97k just to check its not the scopes that came with it and its still the same. Maybe just all needs bedding in? I dont know.

Ive tried H&N FTT RWS super domes and just tried AA fields all the same results

is the breech seal fine also is the spring weak or way to strong you can get power loss with a to powerful spring .You may have swapped a split seal for a tight seal .1000 pellets may change things also did you use loads of grease when putting the gun back together

Im not to sure what to look at when checking the spring if im honest barry. But yes the new seal was a lot tighter getting g back in compared to the old one, took me bloody ages getting it in. Maybe I just need to run more pellets through. Im one of those inpatient people want it perfect straight away and hate it not firing right, winds me up when im target shooting to see them spread everywhere.

the way the old seal felt was probably correct and if it didnt have a split it would have been fine .It may be possible to remove some piston seal with very fine wet and dry holding the piston in a drill , remove a little at a time, years ago i did that when fitting a leather seal .The worst that could happen is you need a new seal if you remove to much .
