But as above you REALLY want to stop and mean it, for me I was pissed of with coughing every morning or if try to run anywhere .I carnt run now but only because my feckin knee hurts + and a old bugger .But I have felt 100% fitter+stronger from the day I stopped 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
