Just rapp in ya fannys It's all in ya head It's all about Mental Strength . spot on max, ive stopped 23 years ago, I used to smoke 15 a day bit more weekend. it took 3 goes to crack it, but the 3rd time I thought I not going to be a slave to it feck it, so got me head right and that was that.dont get me wrong even now after all this time you get the odd min, when you think a nice cigar would go down well with a pint, but it soon goes out of your head as quick as it went in .One thing does always stop me starting it again , is the feckin stink on your clothes , you can tell a smoker by the smell of them, and it would put me off a woman if she smoked today, if I was on the look out for a date to day, I prob have to get pissed to drown the stink . the_stig 6,614 Posted February 17, 2014 Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 had 2 days off em last week by 10 0`clock day 3 i was ready to kill good job we dont own a cat ---coffee toast --more coffee walked the dogs chopped some sticks in anger more coffee then i cracked i was away to the shop for a pack of gold leaf my papers n filters rushed home coffee and rolled one up -----2 days is my limit my mates been smoking an e-cig for about a year after doing 40 a day for 30 year on the fags ..so i might give it a go... And cost twice what smoking did but they seem to have come on abit now so another go I think is due did 6 weeks before sacking it and getting back on the amber leaf though. The liquid cartridge ones seem to last a while 50 quid but if work worth it Was thinking about trying them champex tablets from doctors anyone stopped with them? Atb i had big problems with champex mate, the new ecigs are far superior to the old ones we got 2 for 50 quid the liquid is 3 for 20 quid we have used half a bottle since last Thursday, we were doing 250g of baccy a week so its far,far cheaper, as for tablets the mrs stopped with tabbex once there Bulgarian and available on ebay Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Its drinking that makes me crack.. So I have given that up to I aint had a fag since dec 12th... I have always managed cold turkey... I just ring in sick for work and sit it out at home, eating shit loads and walk the legs of my dogs Its to expensive, poor lass at my works just been told she has cancer in the lung with brain tumors.. f**k that shit..
