B.P.R 2,798
Good demo as always mate...... Loving the TBG at the moment :-) Theyre so easy to make mate. I see a lot of newer guys go to ebay to buy the bandsets @£4 a set... me included... Once youve bought the stuff needed... its cheap and easy to make your own... Save the pennies... and slingshots dont need to cost much at all
Longers7 720
Yeah I bought all stuff off ebay to make my own, can knock up a set of bands in no time now, and like you said it cost's very little making them yourself
gnipper 6,485
Asda do a decent band too for the lads that want to have a try without ordering some tbg online. The red is good stuff and lasts well.
baw 4,360
Asda do catapult bands?
B.P.R 2,798
Asda do catapult bands? Theyre 'exercise bands' ... the type used in physiotherapy and such... Theraband is a big named brand in the physio market... And the gold is the best(i think) for catapults.. Different colours indicate strength... Asda stock some cheap exercise bands...comes in a length or roll... and you have to cut them ...

whipbed 42
asda bands come in a pack of 3 different thickness,s yellow lightest red medium blue heaviest i have tried them and they are better than you would think and cheap gamekeeper john does a video on them if you are new to making bands they are good to practice on without worrying about ruining tbg. i now use the red and yellow stuff to tie off tbg at the pouch because its so light and doesn,t slow down the speed of the pouch. i know i should use the constrictor knot but i,m crap at this.
