this link is to an online version of the book "man eaters or kumao" by jim corbett....he was a man who hunted man eating tigers in india in the early 1900s....he turned to conservation after and this

there saying from the tracks around the bodys max that it looks like the tiger has a bad limp so cant hunt faster deer/pigs etc so now killing humans!!

Has it been officially classed a man eater?

Tbh, shooting the odd occurance of a man eater won't do the tiger population any harm. I'd imagine habitat loss, expanding human populations and poaching are 99% the cause of Tiger population decline.

The Tigers can also thank the eastern oriental medicine, didn't you realise that tiger penis turns you into a sexual tyranasaurus..........................................FFS. Like the other one of my personal hates, shark fin soup, catch a shark cut his fins off and dump him into the sea alive..................................unbelievable.

read all his books over and over when i was younger, great stuff.

in india, they will try to shoot man-eaters but they also set live traps, and any they catch end up in zoos. well you can imagine what those poor b*****ds go through, after living as the most majestic of animals with evry freedom they are suddenly in a cage where they can barely turn round, metal bars and concrete floor, hundreds of screaming people poking with sticks and chucking stones..... poor fecker brtter off shot.

Yeah but nature is cruel and unforgiving, we all know that as hunters.

By the sounds of it, in the absence of easy human prey, she would have succumbed to starvation by now anyway.
