Anyone Use Cast Iron Skillet Pans?

Get it nice and hot. Make sure the meat isn't cold from the fridge. Oil the meat/fish NOT the pan and only turn the meat once, Brewie. Tuck in, son !!

Always have my cast iron kettle and pan with my chainsaw kit when I'm working in the woods. Kettle was from a bric a brac shop and the pan was in a skip outside a posh cottage! Nothing beats cooking outdoors, even at home we've got a fire pit at the end of the garden, often cook the sounds joint on a spit.
