1888andybhoy 7
Hi lads bit of advice needed here. Ive been waiting to apply for my firearms for nerely 2 years now. I do the keepering for the syndicate im in and in june 2012 the sspca turned up demanding on the land saying theres a badger caught in a snare No badger found but was taken to court. Was in court yesterday and the case was thrown out as there was no evidence. Will this affect me in my application. I currently have shotguns but was going to renew it at the same time as i apply for a .22 and .22-250 so the renewal is at the same time. Thanks for any advice given Quote Link to post
Bunny Boiler 177
Do you have any convictions? If no, no problem. If the case is closed, no conviction, then no. If they refused every tom, dick and harry for being accused of something, half of us wouldn't have licenses. Quote Link to post

Andrew Batley 0
I think if your application was to be declined due to that reason you wouldn't currently have your shotgun certificate. Quote Link to post
