Well salt and vinegar McCoys are the bollocks. since I've not had crisps for 5 weeks or won't be until March when March the 1st hits I'll be grabbing a couple of bags of they Phileas Fog crisps...oooftttt!!!

what's wrong when your not eating them..

 

you cutting/stripping? Yeah I'm bloody nosey! :laugh:

Yip a bit of cutting time. Before bulking time then cutting again....ffs it's complicated stuff... Lol

How's the lifting going Lab? You stuck to it, fair play to you.

Back to enjoying it again mate. Went through a couple of months of feeling like I couldn't be bothered with it, a mixture of work and other things. But back to it again..4/5 times a week. Started something different now so hopefully see some gains soon.

Start the running again in March and by the summer I shall see what's what.

That would be great if sweets and crisps were on the list but there's only some much tuna and bloody chicken you can eat before it gets boring. Protein shakes as well....they can feck off.. Lol

You'll never really quit, but it's easy to get into a rut of being half arsed with your training.

True mate. Got to a stage where I thought I was going backwards and when your spending the time it does get to you. But it's a learning curve and as I say I've started something new and I'm beginning to feel the pain the next day again.."if it's hurting it's working"....;-)

amen to that lab lol I'm sick of seeing tuna tins everywhere I look, I could club him with the sharp end haha.
