People say he can't take a flush shot but that video proves he can, people say he's got a glass chin but every fight he's lost he's lost on his feet never been knocked out. A think if he uses his head he could pull a points win out the bag but who noes either way it will be a good fight

never been nocked out lol
but that was close Edited by Tommy pepper

Bit off topic but from the YouTube clip I clicked on another and amir pops up with frank warren. What's the truth in him being abit of a gangster? No smoke without fire surely and his name popped up when reading abit about the adams. Thing is with his money surely he'd be pretty silly to be involved in crime anyway and risk loosing it all. Know people get greedy but imagine his not worrying about the cupboards being empty.

They grew up in the same part of Islington had common aquaintances/friends etc Frank wasnt always squeaky clean but certainly not a " gangster "

I think if Khan approaches this fight with a carefree attitude he has a better chance of having some success........Sometimes as a fighter you know you are overmatched and just have to throw caution to the wind and take chances if he go,s in their with a nice loose style throwing plenty of punches he has a chance of causing an upset.....staying rigid and trying to have a boxing match Mayweather will have him figured out within 4 rounds.

Looks like it's not happening after all

Britain's Amir Khan has admitted defeat in his attempts to lure Floyd Mayweather into a fight.

Mayweather, 36, asked fans to decide if he should face Khan or Argentine Marcos Maidana in his next bout, with the Briton winning an online vote.

But Khan has accepted he will not be Mayweather's next opponent, although no official announcement has been made.

"No response from Mayweather or his team," Khan, 27, wrote on Twitter. (external) "Fight's not happening."

Bolton fighter Khan signed a deal in December (external) which he hoped would lead to a showdown with the unbeaten Mayweather, who currently holds world titles at welterweight and light-middleweight.

But Mayweather, who has had 45 career fights, tweeted on 3 February: (external) "I'm going to let the fans vote. Tell me who I should fight next. Khan or Maidana?"

After several weeks of delay, Khan has finally voiced his frustration in a series of tweets and admitted he regretted not taking a fight with Devon Alexander (external) for the IBF welterweight title, which was shelved after terms were not agreed.

"I should have taken the title fight last December against Alexander," wrote Khan, who has 28 wins and three defeats.

He admitted he felt "very disrespected by his team. Wasted my time. Good luck to Maidana against Mayweather.

"Can I apologise to the thousands of people who are let down. You, me and everyone wanted the Mayweather fight. He's running scared."

Khan beat Maidana in Las Vegas in December 2010 on a unanimous points decision, with his last fight a dramatic points victory over Julio Diaz in Sheffield in April 2013.

Mayweather has avoided Pacman at all costs, that is the fight most fans want to see, they should have fought 3-4 years ago,I think Mayweather would of still beat Pacman back then but for whatever reasons Mayweather didn't want it. As for Mayweathers "0" that should have went years ago in the first Castillo fight,he clearly lost that fight but Money talks.
