Help Needed - Looking For Shooting Permission In Oxfordshire

Hi Guys,

 

Im looking for some grounds to shoot my sub 12flb air rifle over in oxfordshire area . I offer free vermin control and Im fully insured (BASC). I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me.

 

I have tried to knock on the farmers doors but no luck so far . I don't want anyone to think that I'm just looking for the easy way to get permission because I really tried - every other weekend spent in full driving around and asking wherever possible.

 

In return I would be more than happy to help with any IT issues, Web design or Web marketing (that is my 9 to 5) I'm helping people whenever I can and can show my Web related work if anyone is interested.

 

I'm currently designing a Web site to help connect people in need of guys with passion for air gun shooting so I hope that in the future I will be able to help someone.

 

I don't mind at all to get my hands dirty so if someone would be kind enough to help and this would required work on the farm I would be happy to do so.

good offer pal its good to hear someone offering something in return theres a good download link called wavers and liability on here dl it and edit it in microsoft word print em off use google maps to scan ya area theres loads of lil barns golf courses football pitches etc... hidden away maybe get some business cards knocked up free vermin control and so on pop em in cafes shops around the country side law of averages will eventually give way good luck all the best pal, craig

I will not give up and will continue too look around the Oxford, I have to say that i have seen many comments that Oxfordshire is difficult for permissions.

I hope to have my website up and running soon and i think it will work as I came with kind of new approach to the subject also I will throw so money in to promotion and to increase the visibility - will share details when ready:)

not just oxfordshire mate. everywhere! perms are like gold dust you have something to offer unlike next man who joins and on first post asks for free perms and makes it out like there doing them a favour just keep knocking and using your it tech to your advantages and eventually it will pay off pal!! if not jump on the next train to brighton and ill be more than welcome to take you out atb , craig!!

Yes, truth is that you would probably not let a complete stranger to your back garden. I don't want to just take and ask for favours without doing something in return.

I would be delighted if I could join you at some point, maybe next or two weekends away, by end of the day it is not that far even.

Would you mind if I will drop you a PM on this when I will work out when I could drive to Brighton, and of course if you don't need you PC to be fixed than please let me know what sort of bottle ticks most of the boxes for you:)
