She had consented sex with him but at some point in the night, 3 of his mates joined in. She can't remember a f*****g thing about it, only knew it happened days later when someone showed her a picture they'd took. She isn't unconscious in the photo or anything like that so, would you call this rape, taking advantage of someone that intoxicated?

Whether she consented earlier in the night, or not, she didn't consent to 4 of them? Or did she? If she can't remember it then it's unlikely. If she consented while intoxicated these dirty b*****ds sure as hell took advantage of her inpaired judgement.

 

If she did consent, earlier, she's allowed to rescind the invitation. Wherever and whenever she pleases.

When I was single I loved women, they are ace and generally much more interesting company than men.

I always got on well with them, I never had steady girlfriends but I had loads of friends with benefits and lots of them I am still friends with over 20 years on (no benefits any more though ! Lol)
