northern lad 2,292 Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 In the same boat Stig,managing with a bow saw but anything thicker than 4 or 5 inches is a nightmare,I borrowed an electric chainsaw off a pal,to be honest it was garbage....seen a petrol one on flea bay ,brand new 90ish quid if memory serves me right,made by wolf or something like,looked ideal.....just need some funds now ATB Dave Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The crappy bits of wood I get for this doesn't justify a chainsaw as it's normally pallets and other stuff but a chainsaw would be handy every now and then.
