Joe67 239 Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 I picked up this thing for nuttin, since i need a bigger crate for pup thought this would be ideal, even if i have to spend something cleaning it up. as your can see theres some rust coming through, some of left of first picture is also paint, cant see any point in just rubbing it down and painting it, rust is like cancer, always comes back, normaly only way to get rid is cut it out and replace with fresh metal. how ever blasting and powder coating might be a decent idea, depending on the price these days am thinking of getting it sand blasted and powder coated, before i do this thought id post up pictures and see if any you diyers had any other ideas for it Quote Link to post Share on other sites
