Today I witnessed the execution of a beautiful and petrified vixen dug out by terrier-men connected to the Flint & Denbigh hunt. They had placed nets over the holes to prevent her from escaping. She was so traumatised that she never made a sound after they had shot her inside the earth then dragged her out removing the net from her and shot her again at close range. This second shot sounded like an awful dull thud that violently took her life. But what is going to haunt me forever was the glimpse I had of her just before she was murdered. I have this image in my head of a gorgeous vixen rigid with pain and fear being held by the scruff just moments before these evil men put out her lights for good and she flopped like a rag doll. It was truly horrific and I don't know if I am ever going to get over the sight of her as she flopped over - its an image that will live with me until she is avenged and I hear news of how each and everyone of her barbarous killers (including riders and pro-hunt followers) wish they had never been born. Her foul killers refused to allow me to lay her rest, instead they took her body away, and I was then pushed down the 10ft muddy bank after trying to sit on the earth to try to prevent the possibility of another fox suffering the same horrific fate. The F&D terrier-man denied knocking me down the bank, but then he would, wouldn't he? But I am telling you the truth, he did knock me down that bank!! Today I came face to face with vile men and I've been traumatized by what I witnessed just feet from where I stood - I was hoping that there was no fox in that earth, sadly there was, and she suffered for the crime of being born a fox.
