Just a quick write up lads.

first shot a crow good standing shot about 32-34 yards booom headshot. kill confirmed.

second shot. crow, 38-40 yds. all I could see was its head. hit the branch just under it that was covering the rest of the bird. it was kill or miss so a safe shot and unfortunately I fluffed it :icon_redface:

excuse/reason - had a lot on my mind recently.

---------

sorted myself out, then shot #3.

woody. 26-27 yards. headshot.

#4 woody again, only 17-18yds but very elevated. couldn't get a headshot branch was in way, heart and lungs it is then... executed (litteraly!) to perfection :bye:

on the pic you can see its back all smashed out due to the exit of the pellet.! .22 is lethal!!

called it a day with 2 woodys for the pot/pan didn't need to shoot any more im not greedy lol. didn't see any more crows so put the rifle away and headed home.

was great to get out, and it didn't even feel cold with a few layers on. wouldn't fancy being layed up static tho, mooching keeps you warm
