Here you go malt :D

Ferguson reiterated his criticism of Benítezs managerial record and trophy successes, again claiming the Spaniard was lucky to replace Roberto Di Matteo at Chelsea last season. He also claimed that Benítez had been fortunate to win the Champions League in 2005 when Liverpool fought back from 3-0 down to beat AC Milan.

He said one Benítez starting XI was the most unimaginative Liverpool side he encountered, insisted the Spaniard spent more than he did on players during the same period, and claimed Fernando Torres and Jose Reina were his rivals only two top-class purchases.

Indeed, Ferguson admitted he tried to sign Torres twice while the striker was still at Atletico Madrid, although he questioned the Chelsea forwards attitude during times of adversity.

Ferguson did acknowledge that Benítez deserved credit for the work rate of his teams and their refusal to throw in the towel but said the Spaniard was too interested in defending.

Can't see any quotes in that, typical media report focusing on the relationship between the two managers using his quotes instead of directly quoting him, and that's not even a post match report! Nice try! :D

Aye canny be arsed :D found this though :D

The legendary Book of Moans belonging to former Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, has been found by David Moyes according to reports from Old Trafford.

The book, which many claim has mystical powers of persuasion over referees and footballing authorities, is said to include thousands of moans, which if verbalised correctly can see favour fall upon your team.

Moyes celebrated the find by using a moan from Chapter One called, I dont like the fixture list.

Club insiders say that Moyes was quite nervous invoking a Ferguson moan, but that his delivery was solid and the initial results look promising.

One long-time Old Trafford employee explained, They way he implied that the fixture computer could itself be fixed was almost Fergie-esque in its sheer arrogance.

As a result Im sure the authorities are looking for ways to make life easier for Manchester United as we speak.

David Moyes moaning

Fans have welcomed the finding of the book, with some believing it was lost forever after Fergusons departure.

Season ticket holder Simon Williams told us, Weve always been a club that could moan with the best in the world, but with plucky David Moyes track record at Everton we thought those days were behind us.

Thankfully hes blown the dust right off the Book of Moans and jumped straight in.

It very much looks like hes set to carry on our great moaning tradition.

well after intensely googling it for half an hour....... :D looks like your right my welsh friend........ :censored::laugh:

this is the results of what i found and its shocking the contrast really!!!!

“I’ve never played for a draw in my life,” boasts Ferguson, and with 49 trophies, 13 Premier League titles and two European Cups to his name, it shows. He has inspired by his passion, convincing players that they can push their performance on through a brick wall.

compared to this from big sam last night........... :icon_eek:

"I think that our solidarity and our defensive resilience meant that it wasn't luck, it was sheer brilliance why we got a point, when they threw Demba Ba on, we went five at the back and made sure we stayed resilient with the four midfielders in front of them"

one man won the lot,the others won f**k all............clearly see why lol

I don't think anyone could question fergies tactical ability, it's untouchable. Like all greats in sport, he didn't like losing and made the odd moan :D I know it'll never happen but I'd have him as Scotland manager, I'll bet we'd qualify for the euros. He was big jocks no2 so who knows.

ffs teams that are struggling go to big .successful teams , to get a draw , that's the way its always been ,taking a defensive stance in certain games and defending as if you life depended on it , is as much a part of football as any other , a great defensive display can be admired ,.

The Chelsea team Mourinho won his titles with wasn't exactly easy on the eye ,

Back in the day of European two legged ties , it was considered a great feat to put in a good defensive display in the away leg and come away with a draw ,

I cant stand that smarmy little snidey Potugeese kunt

For the sake of good football it was a poor show bywest ham but how do you expect to play? If they open up then its 2.0. Before you can blink, you do over the season thow come out of the bus and get some points.

Im no fan of Mourinho but he,s absolutely right.....its anti football !......At the end of the day sport is about competition......when 11 pub league players can get a draw with 11 of the finest players in the world something has to be wrong surely ?.....Football,boxing,rugby....its hard to beat somebody who is not trying to beat you.

Besides which,do fans not deserve more......we took a good crowd last night and near everyone i spoke to had the same attitude....." id rather get relegated than watch this shit every week ".......the difficult proposition we have now is do we hope to stay up ( and keep Sam ).....or hope for relegation ( and get rid )

That's true Stan but by all accounts, west ham are doing it every f***ing game, no matter the opposition. When fans are willing to drop down a league cos they're sick of watching pish, something ain't right. They should be happy with a draw against Chelsea but they ain't, what does that tell you?

I,m not advocating it as a way of playing every week , and I,m not an admirer of big daft Sams football philosophy and can understand West Ham fans not being happy ,what I am saying is Mourinho has got a fking cheek moaning about teams that are fighting relagation and to whom every point is precious playing for a draw at his place , its a perfectly acceptable tactic ,and can make for an interesting exciting spectacle in its own right, his team failed to break them down and score tough shit on him ,.as Gnash says , it must be catch 22 for West ham fans ,I d like to see the useless kunt sacked either way .
