PhilProp 51
Very good lamps and although the light is blue you can change it by changing the bulb. Not the cheapest but if you want what they call closest light to daylight then it's something like 4200 or 3600 bulx you need the lower down you go the more yellow you go the higher up you go u go blue up to purple. But they are great lamps you can't beat them at all. Quote Link to post
trigger2 3,145
any one tryed them what thay like can you get them with the dimmer on them do drain the batty less that a normal lightforce. cheers a mate of mine has one and he said it is certainly alot clearer light than the standard lamps however he said in his opinion they were not any good for lamping rabbits as you have a slight delay from when you press the switch until you see the beam. as has already been said he seems to think it would be good for larger quarry. to be honest i can see more than i can bloody catch with my lightforce lance lamp. cantona 310
Can you not put a hid bulb in a normal lightforce lamp? Quote Link to post
westwicklow 4
Does cold/freezing conditions delay the start up time of the HID type lamps in general or even stop them working altogether? Quote Link to post
