When shooting a target in a tree how would you approach it? Do you aim slightly below the target or above to get the shot placement you wanted?

Depends on the angle of the shot acute (smaller) angles need hold over dependant on range and obtuse (very steep) angles need hold under because the pellet is still rising to the target. Best just shooting some pine cones while walking the woods

Aim Lower, but it all depends on your set up, distance to target, angle etc as to how low.

 

Chairgun pro has an app for your phone that will give you a starting point and then it's practice from there in.

Yes on Chairgun you can input angles and if the rest of the data is good you will know exactly what mildot to use at what distance.

I`ve taken pigeons at the top of a silo 45 yards away at 45degree angle, in my case .28 mildots holdover.

Seriously set yourself up with a pine tree and blast away but make sure your misses aren't going to cause any issues when they finally come down after a pleasant sightseeing trip !
