So I left some rabbits to hang in the shed (as normal) for like 2 days, gutted and skinned and my wife was just jointing them and sent me these pics; with "WTF" I too am thinking "WTF" and have no idea, she says she this was in the 'saddle' and looked like a growth which she cut out to find the following:

had one like that about a month ago, cut it out and boiled it with garlic for the dogs, did not fancy it myself.

So; obviously it's not too uncommon as Jocky has had the same, so anyone know what it is; my wife says it's like eggs of some kind but in the meat itself (like in a crater)

I always find these on rabbits anywhere theres sheep. I usualy freeze the infected rabbits for a couple of days then feed to the ferrets.
