iworkwhippets 12,614 Posted January 25, 2014 Report Share Posted January 25, 2014 Todays weather, up on the Staffordshire moorlands this afternoon, was like a spring day when i set off out, then about 1 30, i could see and feel the bad weather coming in, now im out in most weathers, but fek me, i got a right battering, out in the open, no shelter thunder n lightning, hail strong winds. couldnt keep on my feet, rolled missen up in a ball wi dog, and rode it out, soaked to my skin n frozen to the marra, eh, wife says its about time i grew up Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Wellies filled up ,Phone nearly broke, So called 100% waterproof coat (Sprung a leak!).......... Stood under two conifeirs for 1/4 of an hour everytime i went for it felt like i was getting targeted by a load of bb guns rattleing of my boat race.....!! Feel better now shower/indain.... BEER Haha it got me yesterday, got sat down waiting for the pigeons to come in to roost, waited about half an hour first lot came in shot one, went and got it, on my way back noticed the sky turning black so set off back to the truck and within 100 yards it started, thunder lightening, hail, wind and rain the lot lol, then had a mile walk to the truck in it, I was drenched.
