Oh from what I hear the lad was bored because he hadnt seen anything and then a terrier appeared and the bog being about a mile from any house he considered shooting the dog fair game.

Bad news that pal, don't know how you kept calm if that was me I would of dragged him around the bog by his head and showed him what fair game is.He shouldn't be shooting if he can't tell the difference or if he thinks a terrier is fair game.

That's the problem that gives other rifle lads a bad name, they drive about with no permission & whack away at any set of eyes that shine back.. Certainly needs a lesson taught one way or another, it's just down to you to decide what route you take.

A lad lost his terrier last Thursday near me out walking them found him sat morning in a local earth 12 foot dig and had him out dog was stuck safe to say he was very lucky to find the dog for one and dig him out at 12 foot with no collar even luckier hope you find him mate

Ahhhh bad news. Some lads out shooting foxes on a Sunday whacked the terrier. Idiots. Local lad let it slip when I asked him about it.
