Tried New Dog This Morning

cheers lads, i didn't force her to go, litarally let her mark, stepped back 4 or 5 yards and just took lead of her off and she went straight down, i appreciate the advice, didn't dig to her either just pulled her out as she went across 1 of the holes, was i wrong for doing that??

No you wernt wrong doin that once you were satisfied she ran the whole earth. When there young and green they could try an earth for an eternity just tryin to make a fox but if the breedings right they soon settle down its all a learning curve with them there not born knowing everything some might take longer than others to get the hang of things and on the other hand you get the ones that seem to take it all in ther stride.

Aye if it was so simple everyone would be doing it,had a dog last year that id had a couple digs too,end of the season he just didnt look keen at all just creeping into an earth had the summer off matured a bit more and this season he hasnt had tons,but im really pleased with him.

the lad that sold her is having sum trouble with the rspca etc, he's always had gud terriers and he's had four dogs took of him thats y he was gettin rid he's a local lad, she's had 2 easy 1's with him, she's a well bred dog, but like u say still only a pup really
