jack12 0
Hi, I am thinking about getting a lurcher to start lamping. I will only really be lamping rabbits on flat fields. I was thinking about getting a bedlington whippet. What are you thoughts on bedlington whippets? or should I choose a different lurcher and why? Thanks Quote Link to post

lad101 57
Bedlington whippets good choice mate just for rabbits on flat fields . Out of curiosity why did you pick the beddy whipp? I'd go more for a collie whippet grey Quote Link to post

lad101 57
Bit more brains with the greyhound in it to be a bit better big fields than a dog with just whipp in I'd get a beddy whipp for ferreting Quote Link to post

sandymere 8,263
Beddy whippet will be small which will limit capabilities somewhat. if you want the type I'd go for something with a bit of greyhound such as a Beddy/whippet X greyhound to give a little more size, versatility. 1 Quote Link to post
