gnasher16 30,025 Posted January 23, 2014 Report Share Posted January 23, 2014 Why does Rugby always come into it when people who dont like football talk about why they dont like football !!....Like its a competition or something.....A lot will depend on the area you grew up.....i dont ever remember even seeing a Rugby ball as a kid it was a sport posh university kids over Twickenham way would play..... I remember a big group of us in Coimbra City Square outside the convent at the Euro,s 2004 before we beat the Swiss ....someone started throwing a rugby ball about so just like back in the playground we all got into 2 teams shirts and skins......West Ham,Millwall,Spurs,Chelsea,Luton all mixed in together.......it then occurred to us all that no f****r knew what the rules were so we ended up playing a 30 a side game of footie with a rugby ball ended up about 35 - 25 or something.....that game went down in London football folklore 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I cannot be on my own, who else is willing to admit to it? TC Some people hate rugby with the same passion though TC. courseadog 231 Posted January 23, 2014 Report Share Posted January 23, 2014 Hate it because of the unsporting diving .my lad plays rugby and after he's done all the lads both teams go and have food in club house together .the thing is that they put sky sports on and 7/10 times its football and it is sad to see them wankers rolling about at slightest touch when boys of 13 have been going at it on the pitch full contact bashed about and just carry on like nothing has happened proper hard game is rugby football used to be but it's a f***ing joke as for after match interview well just listen they are saying the most obvious thing it's pathetic Quote Link to post Share on other sites
