baw 4,360
Well done man city, going for 4 competitions, some going and who'd bet against them? It's a funny old sport how things can turn around. When fergie came out with his noisy neighbour jibe, he probably never thought he'd see a season like this with the contrast between the 2 Manchester teams being so different. The same could be said of rangers with Murray's jibes at Celtic over the years. Anyhow, man city, going for it all and a good chance of getting it.

bracken boy 584
Defo a good chance but dont think they will, as a man utd fan i can honestly say i havnt got a problem one bit with city, ive always wanted them.in the prem and hated it when they was in lower leagues. If they get all four it will a great acheivement .
baw 4,360
That's true mate but you only need to go back say 5 years and if you said man city would be in this position you'd be sectioned. It's some turn around in Manchester.
budharley 945
as a utd fan im normally hoping for a all Manchester final but if we win tonight i think it could be embarrassing for us in the final there certainly playing good football at the minute but to think they will win all four we will have to wait and see , lets not forget arsenal are playing for the treble and are top of the league also do you think they could win the treble baw ??? No mate, they have a tendency to blow when it gets too hot. I don't know about man city, they are in uncharted territory. But the feel good factor at that club must be through the roof. As you say, on there day, they shouldn't fear anyone. With arsenal, your just waiting on the jitters to show. One things for sure, there are going to be some cracking months of football ahead, then we have the World Cup. Football fans perfect storm.
oneredtrim 148
I think some of the Cardiff fans the other week had'nt been around the circuit much, one was well drunk (no alchypops) delirious singing 'where were you when you were shit'...he got the reply he was'nt looking for looking at his change of expression '30,000.. in division 2 (3)When we were shit.. we had more fans than you 30,000...in division 2' (3) Presumably 30k was cherry picked over the 32k att because 30.4 was the att the day we went 12th or 13th in that division and considerably closer to the conference than the top 4 money pot Arsenal impressed me in the 9 goal game at the etihad, they never sank Edited January 22, 2014 by oneredtrim
oneredtrim 148
They were at it in the papershop this morning, the owners a big red and loves a bit craic, he chucked a spear at little ricky by murmouring 'shitty Citeh' under his breath when he served him, unfortunately Ricky was alive to it, with the shop full he replied 'shitty City is it, £15 adults and a nicker for the kids on Satdhey...that's how shitty we are', next news he had all the newsagents q-in punters agreeing with him...i send the kids in for ten pence tackle singing bluemoon, he knows it's me, it's hilarious when he serves me....he's not only a red his boats going that way on..he'll be having a coronary by the summer. dytkos 17,804
Seriously, City might win all 3 domestic titles but they'll get found out in Europe unless they get their midfield sorted Cheers, D.

It's safe to bet Fergie did very much forsee a season like this, after spouting 'never in my lifetime' would a city team start betting favourites for a m/c derby, he was trumped at the bookies in/on the etihad derby half a dozen games before having the title snatched. Between that derby match and the qpr match he was a guest at the etihad where khalddon had a private meet with him and spelt out how Liverpool could be Traffords derby if he so wished cause the City of Manchester were going to be putting another bar on the fire very shortly http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Club-news/2014/January/Club-announcement-22-January-2014 He met khaldoon on the tuesday, evening news on the Friday Fergie was explaining 'City are our competitors, without doubt' Edited January 23, 2014 by oneredtrim
