Bedlington / Bull / Grey ....

Recommended Posts

Whats idea in putting bedlington in the mix aswell? Why not just stick with bullxgreyhound if your doing big stuff you wont go far wrong then. To me bedlington is rabbit sort of stuff an if you want to chase them you dont want bull in really. Atb an happy hunting lads just my opinion

I remember seeing your bull x bitch gaffer strong ?? Is she half x ?? Is your beddy rough ? coat is a big thing I'm after , good feet , instant pace good feet grit etc list goes on ,do you think the whippet could cause to throw smaller ??

ye she is a 1/2x my beddy x is smooth but thick coated his pace was unreal not bad now to be honest even though he has 3 legs but nothing like he was he was a good alrounder so that's why he is going over her I mated him to another beddy x and all the pups ended up around 24" he stands 24 1/2' and my bull stands 24" tts

Fox buster .... I'd argue with a lot of what you've said. Beddy x greys were a very popular x for foxing in the past. And I think a bit of bull adds a lot to a rabbiting dog.

I've seen a couple of Beddy/bull/grey mixes, both shaping up to good all round dogs. But one has thrown heavier and one racier.
